Saskia Popescu, PhD, MPH, MA, CIC is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Epidemiology Biostatistics in the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. She is an infectious disease epidemiologist and infection preventionist with a focus on hospital bio-preparedness and the role of infection prevention in health security efforts.
