Luis Bergolla is a doctoral student at Stanford Law School and a professor of practice in the B.A. and M.L.S. programs where he teaches constitutional law. In the past, Professor Bergolla was the Teaching Fellow for American Common Law System I & II (Contracts, Torts, Property) as well as for American Public Law System (Constitutional Law) here at the University of Arizona. As a lawyer qualified in many jurisdictions, Professor Bergolla often intervenes as consultant in international arbitration proceedings as well as legal expert on foreign law before the courts and international arbitral tribunals.
