Susan Brewer-Osorio is an Assistant Professor of Latin American Studies at the University of Arizona. Her research focuses on the relationshibetween drug policy, illicit markets, and contentious politics in Andean South America. Susan completed her Ph.D. at the University of Virginia in 2014, and was a 2011 Fellow of the Drugs, Security, and Democracy DSD) program of the Social Science Research Council.
